In most cases, my fee for providing DJ and MC services at a wedding reception ranges between $900.00 and $1,300.00, which includes not only service on the day of the wedding, but also all travel, set-up and breakdown time, plus all pre-wedding planning and consultation that may be needed along the way. Conservatively speaking, I'll typically spend from 12 to 25 hours (and sometimes much more) on what the customer sees as a four or five hour reception.

Several factors will affect your actual quote including the month of your wedding, the day of the week, the number of hours, location, amount of equipment needed, and whether I am providing music for the ceremony as well as reception.
